Real Estate Pre-Licensing

Service Description

Superior School of Real Estate offers an approved 60-hour pre-license course. This class will successfully prepare you to take the state exam. Students have 6 months to pass the state exam after completing the course. During this period, SSRE students are welcomed to join classes FREE OF CHARGE as they prepare to sit for the exam. If these deadlines are not met, the course must be retaken. The 60 Hr Pre-License Course is the first of two required courses in the licensing process. After receiving your Temporary License, you will have 6 months (active)/1 year (inactive) to take the 30 Hr Post License Course.
