This is an Alabama Real Estate Commission-approved 60-hour pre-license course.

 

Our course will successfully prepare you to take the state exam.

 

After taking our pre-licensing course, you'll have 6 months to pass the Alabama state exam. During this six-month period, students may join our other classes FREE OF CHARGE as they prepare to sit for the exam.

 

If you don't pass the Alabama State Exam within six months of taking our pre-licensing course, an additional pre-licensing course must be taken.

The 60-hour Pre-License Course is the first of two required courses in the Alabama licensing process. After receiving your Temporary License, you will have 6 months (active)/1 year (inactive) to take a state-approved 30 Hr Post License Course. YES, we offer this post-licensing course!
