CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE)
Weekend Bootcamp
Fee: $200.00
Every two years a total of fifteen (15) hours of continuing education is required by the Commission to renew an active license. Superior School of Real Estate offers the required Risk Management course in addition to a wide variety of other Commission-approved courses for CE credits.
These hours must be completed by September 30 of every even year.
The fifteen-hour continuing education course requirement is:

(a) Three (3) clock hours in the Commission-approved Risk Management course.

(b) Twelve (12) clock hours in Commission-approved courses.

Saturday
Saturday 9am-12pm - Mandatory Broker CE Course
Saturday 1pm-4pm - Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer
Saturday 4:30pm-7:30pm - Understanding Credit, Steps to Lending, and Finalizing Closing
Sunday
Sunday 1pm-4pm - Is your home Toxic? Common Environmental Issues in Real Estate
